THE CLASSICS
- 1.5 oz Vinateros Bacanora Reserva
- .25 oz Heering cherry liqueur
- .5 oz Agave nectar
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and orange bitters
Combine all ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Strain over fresh ice, and garnish with an orange peel.
SPICY GIMLET
- 1.5 oz Vinateros Bacanora Blanco
- .5 oz Ancho Chili Ryes liqueur
- .5 oz Agave nectar
Combine all ingredients into a mixing tin with ice, shake and strain. Serve up or on the rocks.
SEASONAL
- 1.5 oz Vinateros Bacanora Blanco
- .75 oz Ginger liqueur
- 5 Blackberries
- .5 oz Lemon juice
In a mixing tin muddle: blackberries, ginger liqueur, and lemon juice. Add Vinateros Blanco, ice, and shake. Strain over fresh ice.
THE BACANORA BURRO
- 1.5 oz Vinateros Bacanora Blanco
- .5 oz Homemade spiced apple simple syrup
- .5 oz Lemon juice
- Ginger Beer
In a mixing tin combine Vinateros Blanco, syrup, and lemon juice - add ice and shake. Strain over crushed ice and top with ginger beer.
FAVORITES
In a mixing tin combine all ingredients, and ice and shake vigorously. Strain, and shake again without ice (approximately 45 seconds). Pour mixture into coup glass and garnish with a rose petal.
WATERMELON MARGARITA
In a mixing tin muddle watermelon, orange liqueur, agave, and lime juice. Add Vinateros Blanco and ice, shake and strain over fresh ice. Garnish glass with a pink sea salt rim.
